Chicken Choila

Choila, a popular Newari dish in Nepal, is a popular and desired appetizer served with Baji (beaten rice). Mana Choila and Haku Choila are the two types of Choila, with mana meaning “boiled” and haku meaning “black” referring to the meat cooked over fire.
