Boneless goat meat marinated in exclusive nepali herbs and spices, and cooked slowly in oil and low heat in a large near-flat concave thick-bottomed pan called Tawa, resulting in an assertively spiced crispy lamb preparation.  Native to chitwan, this dish has found love among drink enthusiasts all over Nepal as a go to Sitan.
