Online Orders:

All products listed and sold through https://www.uws.com.np are governed by these terms of use under the preview of nepalese law:

2) You may order any product listed unless otherwise specified by selecting and submitting an order through the site.

4) We may occasionally ask you to provide additional information or confirm your details to enable us to process your order placed on the site.
5) All products listed on the website are provided as is whereis as an offer by us to you for purchase. We take utmost care to accurately depict all products and relevant images, however some listings might vary slightly and due to the nature of pixilation on various devices, we urge you to use the images for illustration only.

Registration:

1) Any personal information you provide us with may be used and held or disclosed by us to run appropriate checks in accordance with our policy.
2) You may not have more than 1 active user account. You may update, edit or cancel your account anytime through the website.
3) Please note that your contact information may be used periodically to send you offers or information about our services or to get your feedback, you may decide to opt out of such communications by contacting us.

Cancellation:

1) We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our own discretion. we try and process all the order we receive but orders might get rejected if:
– we suspect the buyer to be underage
– the price of the said product has changed
– we do not deliver to your area
– issue with online payment gateway
– if the buyers isn’t available for phone verification

2) You have the right to cancel the product from the point it was ordered till the time you receive it. If an order is cancelled on receipt, the buyer will have to pay the delivery charge. Cancellations aren’t allowed once a product is received and signed for.

Delivery:

All accepted online orders are dispatched for delivery as soon as we possibly can, based on the volume of orders we receive and the availability of our riders. The delivery times of the different orders might vary. While we try to deliver all orders timely we make no guarantees of a time frame as to when an order will be delivered.

1) All deliveries are made by our own delivery staff.
2) Buyer should be able to produce proof of age on request or else the delivery will be cancelled.
3) We make deliveries inside Kathmandu valley right now and upto 10 kms from ring road.
4) Any dispute with the deliveries in relation to the quality of the product or its attributes should be notified to us at info@uws.com.np within 24 hours
5) Buyers can inspect the product on receipt and can refuse to accept the order without charge for defective products. Once a product is handed over and paid for, the buyer will be considered to be in agreement with the delivery and deemed to have accepted the product.
6) While our deliveries are free of cost, additional charges might incur if an order cant be delivered on the first attempt because of a non response buyer.

Payment:

Our website is geo tagged and prices are displayed in the local currency of the respective markets. We take great care to make sure the pricing listed on our website is accurate. However, we reserve the right to either cancel your order, contact you to arrange payment of any additional sum owing, or refund any overpayment made by you if a pricing error in a product is discovered (as applicable). We have the right to change the prices of all products without prior notification.
1) Online forms of payment such as credit/debit cards, wallet payments are accepted on our website.
2) Data transfer between our site and our servers is encrypted with a 256 bit SSL making it impossible to eavesdrop.
3) Cancelled orders paid for by online forms of payments would be refunded to the same payment source within 24 hours.

Liability:

(a) The user acknowledges that the Site and the products displayed to be sold are provided “as is” and that we do not make any warranty or representation as to the suitability of the Site or a Product for any purpose.
(b) We can’t warrant nor will stand liable for the unavailability of our website or any of its links arising due to maintenance or technical failure or reasons beyond our control. We also reserve the right to suspend,modify or restrict the use of all or parts of our website for all or certain individuals without prior notice.
(c) we will not be liable to you for indirect and consequential loss arising from your association with us or your use of our service and you agree to indemnify us along with any and all of our associates from claims of defamation, copyright infringement and monetary loss.
d) While utmost care is given to make sure that accurate information about the product is provided to our customers across all platforms, we do not warrant nor shall be held liable for information, data and external links available on our website. Users interact with the available information on their discretion shall be responsible for outcomes thereafter.

Dispute Resolution:

a) The terms mentioned in this page are legally enforceable and disputes arising from breaching the said terms will be adjudicated exclusively in the courts of Kathmandu under nepali law.
b) We reserve the right to bring a suit against a user for disputes arising from the breach of these terms and conditions.
c) Use of this website and its content is appropriate for users only in Nepal unless otherwise specified. If someone uses this website outside of Nepal,it’s their responsibility to respect and observe local laws in relation to consumption of content pertaining to alcohol and tobacco.
